How To Count Your Windows

Our pricing is based on a count of individual window panes. The photos below show how to count individual panes.

A simple window that slides side to side or up and down is two panes. The stationary part is one and the sliding part is one.

Count a sliding glass door or a small bathroom window the same way, it doesn’t matter how big or small they are.

Highlights (above windows) or sidelights that don’t open are usually one pane each.

A house with numbers on the side of it
A house with the numbers 9 10 11 12 13 15 17 18 19 20 on the windows
A blue house with white doors and potted plants in front of it
